Señales was produced in response to the femicides registered in Chimalhuacán, State of Mexico, between 2005 and 2007. We placed placards with the toll-free number of a public institution responsible for providing assistance to women at risk in the vicinity of local public high schools that became a form of evidence for the femicides on the very streets where they had been perpetrated.
